my second uk tour will be this august, 2008 from 8/1 thru 8/14! starting and ending in london, with shows in the midlands and scotland as well. the tour will include house concerts and more traditional venues and i'll be playing solo with guitar and harmonica, featuring songs from "introducing mark cool and the folk stars", some new tunes that will be on the next cd, and some of my repertoire of older folk songs, paying tribute to artists like libba cotten, mississippi john hurt, and the carter family.

my first northeast tour (since the mid-90's) will be from july 18-31, 2008, focusing especially on my home area of upstate new york, with dates in pa and others tba.
