fun with folk stars, and a house concert too! (april concert recap.)
i got to play a couple of shows with the folk stars last month... more;

may shows: check out the 6 act line-up at broad st. cafe, durham  on 5/24! another east carolina mini-tour 5/30-6/1 too.

milton brasher-cunningham- new friend, author, chef, musician, all around renaissance guy. this is a link to milton's blogspot page, donteatalone.com, with poems, recipes and musings. check out his book, '7 summers at the beach', good stuff!

mitch uscher- another friend who's living in l.a. and working on his career as a playwright and director. we had luch on his recent visit to durham and i'm always inspired by his energy and vision. thanks mitch!
his award winning play is mamelah!

the watercallers- a couple of the hardest working musicians/ actors and all-round talents i know, as well as one of my local faves to see live, are about to release their new cd in june! (there's also a rumor that they might join me on tour in the uk this summer!)
